Inverted Flat FluorCam FC 1300-I/2020
The FC 1300-I/2020 is a stand-alone inverted fluorescence imaging system housed in a black FluorCam shell (dimensions: 652 × 1455 × 665 mm, weight: approx. 100 kg) specifically designed for flat samples, including microtiter plates (MTPs), Petri dishes, and detached leaves. It is particularly well suited for high-throughput experiments using 96- and 384-well microplates, making it an effective tool for studies of algae, cyanobacteria, and other microorganisms or cultures grown in microplates. The system provides highly uniform bottom illumination, ensuring consistent excitation across the entire imaging area for reliable quantitative fluorescence measurements.
